Makeup Guide

 

STEP 1 - PREP

Cleanse and prep your skin with ZuiiPrimer. Primer will offer enhanced protection and hydration for the skin while, a mix of active Essential Oils will control oil levels throughout the day to allow for longer lasting wear for your Makeup, while also creating an even canvas for your makeup.

STEP 2 - BASE
Using our Concealer Pencils apply these shade that best matches your skin tone, on blemishes, pigmentation or any areas that you feel require more coverage. Fair Concealer Pencil is great to be used under the eye area to conceal dark circles and brighten the eye area. If you would like lighter coverage to hide imperfections, try using our Colour Corrective Primers to help neutralise the skin tone.

STEP 3 - BASE
Apply a squirt of  Liquid Foundation to the skin and blend this evenly across the face with a brush or Sponge (for more coverage use a Liquid Foundation Brush) Matte this with one of our Powders that best suits your skin, using a flat powder brush to reduce any excess moisture and maximise coverage. If you prefer no extra coverage over your Liquid Foundation, we highly recommend the use of our Lux Finishing Powder.

STEP 4- CONTOUR
Define cheeks with our Pressed Blush (popular choice – Grapefruit or Melon) then highlight face with our Diamond Sparkle in Mango or using the Moon Glow Highlighter.

STEP 5- EYES
Sweep base Eyeshadow across lid (Mustard for Fair-Medium Skin tones, Chestnut for Medium-Dark Skin Tones (don’t go above eye socket). Gradually build depth of colour with a darker shade on outer crease. Next apply a lighter shade of your choice on your eyelid. Using a blending brush, lightly sweep the brush across the darker shade on the crease to lightly blend with the shade used on the eyelid. Last, using our Mustard, Chestnut or Moon Glow Highlighter, apply a small amount of this on the inner corners of the eyes and brow bone to highlight.

STEP 6- EYE FINISHES
Line upper lash line with our Eyeliner Pencil and with eyeshadow powder add a fine brush line to the lower lash line. Finish with Mascara.

STEP 7 BROWS
Use Zuii Eyebrow Definer to define brows. Using light sweeping motions follow your own brow hair and our Eyebrow Definer will effortlessly create a natural defined brow look.

STEP 8 - LIPS
Line lips with Lipliner and fill with Flora Lipstick, Sheerlips Lipstick or Satin Lip Colour. Apply Lip Tint to seal.

STEP 9 - REMOVE
Remove makeup with our Certified Organic Makeup Remover. This can also be used as a Cleanser, finish by using our Certified Organic Primer as a Moisturiser. Our Primer doubles as a Moisturiser and Primer in one.
